CII invites enthusiastic bloggers to live blog the prestigious 10th edition of CII Connect, to be held on 8 and 9 September, 2010 at Chennai Trade Centre.
What an official blogger is expected to do?
As an official blogger, you’ll live blog the sessions at Connect 2010 and other activities that take place during the event. You can also help in by taking photographs, live tweeting, conducting interviews with the delegates (where feasible) and so on.
A specialization or additional interest/passion in specific industries like automobiles, pharma, entertainment, security etc will be of added advantage.
Who are eligible?
If you’d like to volunteer as an official blogger, we expect you to meet below criteria
- You should be an active blogger with a fairly active blog and good command over English
- You should be available in Chennai for 2 days, from 8th September morning till 9th September evening and be willing to spend both days at the venues of the event
- You should have a laptop/netbook with datacard that’s needed for live blogging
What are the benefits?
While we’re working on getting more benefits for the bloggers, below are the assured benefits for Official Bloggers
- Complementary Media Entry to the event (Entry fee is worth upto Rs 5000)
- Due recognition for all the posts published by you at the official blog. You’ll get credit along with a link to your profile
- Complementary entry to the fun evening at Fisherman’s Cove on the evening of Day 1
- A certificate of participation from CII
