Mr.Arun Jain is the architect behind “Lakshya” the annual ‘visioning’ and goal setting exercise of Polaris. Mr.Arun Jain’s hobby, in his own words, is “Dreaming”. He attributes Polaris’ success to the power of alignment at the organizational sub consciousness. He is a voracious reader and enjoys his learning on anthropology, philosophy, and religion and child psychology.

Mr.Arun Jain is the recipient of the “Indo-ASEAN Business Initiative Award-2008”awarded in Singapore for recognition of the business initiative in the region for the Information Technology category. He has also been conferred “ICICI Venture-CII Connect 2006 Entrepreneur Award” for his significant contribution towards developing Tamil Nadu as a centre of Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) Excellence.

As managing director, sales and marketing group, South Asia, Mr. Sivakumar is in charge of all sales and marketing operations for Intel products and technologies for all the South Asian countries (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh). He is also responsible for leading Intel towards becoming a platform-oriented organization as well as driving Intel’s ‘World Ahead’ initiative which focuses on PC penetration for the next billion citizens in emerging markets.

Prior to this, he was Worldwide Director, Business Development for the Mobility Group at Intel and responsible for developing the industry ecosystem and creating alliances around Intel’s Mobility products. Previously, he served as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Intel.

Siva has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kharagpur and a Master�s degree in Computer Science from New Mexico Tech, at New Mexico in the USA. He also holds a US Patent in network based audio/video processing using multicasting.

Lakshmi Narayanan began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, growing through the ranks from developer, to technologist, to program manager, to business leader. He was a regional head of Tata in India when he joined Cognizant as CTO. He holds a BS and MS in science and electronics from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

V. S. Gopi Gopinath served as the Head of Global Services Business in India at AT&T Corp., since November 2007. Mr. Gopinath served as a Vice President of AT&T Inc., since January 1, 2007. He joined AT&T in 2005 to lead a special team supporting the GM2006 Program as its Vice President in US.

From 2001 to 2005, he served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Equant, based in the US. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager … of Global One Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong and Brussels from 1995 to 2001. He started his career in Global One Asia Pacific as an Assistant Vice President of Carrier Services in Europe and then served as its Vice President of Carrier Services Worldwide, Vice President and Deputy General Manager of Asia Middle-East and Africa.

Mr. Gopinath started his career at GTE Sprint in Stamford, Connecticut and spent several years at Sprint headquarters in Kansas City. He serves as a Director of U.S.-India Business Council. He served as an Executive Director of Strategic Planning at GTE and held several senior positions in marketing, product development from 1985 to 1995. .

Mr. Gopinath holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Madras, India.
